At House of Aura, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. ⸻ Appointment Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. * Deposits will only be refunded if House of Aura cancels your appointment. * If you cancel, reschedule outside of the allowed timeframe, or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ Late Policy * A 15-minute grace period is allowed. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged a $10 late fee. * Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes if there has been no communication. * After 20 minutes, appointments will be automatically canceled. ⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy * Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. * No-call/no-show appointments will require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled. * Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions. ⸻ Healthy Scalp Policy Your scalp health is important to both your results and the safety of everyone in the salon. * If you have psoriasis, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, excessive dandruff, or any other scalp condition, please notify me before your appointment so we can determine whether the service can safely be performed. * Clients with lice, open sores, or any contagious scalp condition will NOT be serviced. * If a scalp condition is discovered at the appointment that was not disclosed beforehand and prevents the service from being completed safely, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment while ensuring you receive the best possible results. ⸻ Guests & Children House of Aura is a family-friendly salon, and children are always welcome. * A maximum of one (1) guests may accompany you to your appointment. * Please ensure that children and guests remain respectful of the salon environment and do not interfere with services being performed. ⸻ Service Preparation Please arrive with your hair prepared according to the service you booked. Additional fees may apply for: *If I have to take down current style. * If I have to wait for you to take down current style during appointment time. ⸻ Payments The remaining balance is due immediately after your service is completed. Accepted payment methods will be provided at your appointment. ⸻ No Refund Policy Due to the time, products, and customized nature of each appointment, all completed services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact House of Aura within 72 hours. I am committed to client satisfaction and, when appropriate, will gladly discuss a reasonable solution or corrective service. ⸻ Photo & Video Release Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for educational and marketing purposes on House of Aura’s website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let me know before your service begins, and your preference will be respected. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment with House of Aura, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
